I’ve created this site as a sort of clearing house for things I’m writing and thinking about. Between preaching Sundays, writing weekly articles, teaching monthly seminars, writing for Re:Train and constant e-mail and face-to-face interactions on life and theology, I’m finding myself writing more and more content. My hope would be that even some of that content is worth repeating and may be helpful to someone along the way. If not, I’ll at least give my Grandpa something to print off and read to Grandma, which in itself is worth my time. Some of the posts will be brand spankin’ new, others will be re-posts of things I’ve written elsewhere, and still others will be re-posts from Delve (the Tsawwassen Alliance Church blog- reprinted in the Sunday bulletin) and Abide (a TAC community Bible reading and reflection project).
I don’t profess to be a gifted writer, wise scholar, engaging preacher or genuine authority on anything. But I do enjoy writing and talking about Jesus, and I pray that God uses my foolish words as He sees fit for His own glory.
